Who we are and what we do?
Nichealt Foundation is based out of Gurgaon, working towards creating equal opportunity for special needs young adults in the area of art and design. The three pillars of foundation are Inclusivity, Sustainability and Diversity. The Foundation organizes art events for Special Needs Young Adults throughout the year, as art is therapeutic and is a mode of expression for many of them. The Foundation is constantly working towards the upliftment of Young Adults with Special Needs that belong to the marginalized sector of the society and aid in supporting the government.
Nichealt's Intent
Nishant, the Founder of Nichealt has travelled widely and has experienced that when Special Need Young Adult's work is appreciated they show enormous progress and go head over heels! Nichealt's intent is to make an Art Studio that is especially designed for Young Adults with Special Needs, the buddy concept of introducing robots, (as robots, don't judge) and can do any particular task a number of times. Unlike the neurotypical, who get disheartened repeating or training the Young Adults with Special Needs. This set-up will foster art, meditation, yoga and music for the neurodiverse, with the support of neurotypicals and robots.
Our Aim
Our foundation aims to work hand in hand with the Government and make facilities available for young adults with special needs and support their families.

Nishant Maithani
Peace, love, harmony and joy are what we need, but the human's mind space has been conditioned with the nuances of success, reputation and comparisons. The soil, air and water do not have to think about whether or not to nurture a plant! The oneness provides for the blossoming of a flower, which exhibits cooperation, where all the diverse elements work in "harmony"! Likewise, Nichealt Foundation is creating a space specifically designed for the Neurodiverse and Neurotypical, embracing the strands of diversity, cherishing Peace, love harmony and joy. The basic fundamentals of being human!

It was not planned, while walking I gathered a couple twigs, some leaves and a few stones, and then, left them, to be! Realized that there was nothing meant to do, it all looked like a present, wrapped up in existence. Each of it had its own role to play, the leaves were so light that they would fly away, with a blow of wind, the stones would remain where kept, and the twigs would generally be found breaking due to its brittle texture. I observed, that all were playing their part, enjoying each other's presence! Foundation for me is the beginning of embracing the differences! A space where different minds, abilities can flourish in each other's company.
